PeopleSoft Credit Card Payment Pop-Up Blocker Tips:

Peoplesoft launches a new window when making a payment by credit card that a pop up blocking enabled browser or toolbar may not allow to be displayed. Below are several suggestions in dealing with popup blocking software.

Quick Tip - To temporarily allow a pop-up in many blockers simply press and hold the CTRL key and click the link again. Holding the CTRL key overrides most Pop-Up Blockers. You can hold the CTRL key when clicking the Refresh button in your browser too.

Verify whether or not you have pop-up blocking enabled within Internet Explorer that may be blocking access.

Internet Explorer
To disable Internet Explorer pop-up blocker, follow instructions below:

Go to "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options" (See diagram)
Then Choose "Privacy Tab"

Uncheck "Block pop-ups" then click on OK. If this Pop-Up blocking section is not there than the member most probably has a toolbar pop-up blocking issue.

Retry your login attempt.

Below we have displayed how Internet Explorer should look if no modifications have been made by installing additional toolbars.

Internet Explorer without add-on toolbars should look like this:

Below are some examples of what might be displayed underneath Internet Explorer if you have additional toolbars installed.

Yahoo Toolbar
Google Toolbar
Netcraft Toolbar
Alexa Toolbar

If you have any of the toolbars above or any other toolbar not listed, these could be blocking access to infiNET to be able to make a credit card payment. You will need to find the options or settings area of the toolbar and look for settings regarding 'pop-ups'. These settings may become visible once the pop-up icon is clicked. You can disable the toolbar's popup blocker or most toolbars have settings to allow a trusted site.

Quick Tip - To temporarily allow a pop-up in many blockers simply press and hold the CTRL key and click the link again. Holding the CTRL key overrides most Pop-Up Blockers. You can hold the CTRL key when clicking the Refresh button in your browser too.

Once you disable pop-ups, close all programs including all browser windows, i.e. Internet Explorer. Re-open your browser (Internet Explorer), and try again. Please contact our office if you still have difficulty making a payment.
