 * The Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) was established by the Midwestern Higher Education Commission to increase interstate educational opportunities for students in its member states.  The program enables residents of Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and Wisconsin to enroll at Missouri S&T at the following rates. For more information about MSEP contact the Student Financial Assistance Office at SFA@mst.edu.  Questions regarding residency should be directed to the Registrar’s Office at registrar@mst.edu.   

PLEASE NOTE:  The Midwest Student Exchange Program does not apply to Distance Education courses or the Masters of Business Administration program at Missouri University of Science & Technology.
