eBill General Information
The eBill online payment system is secure. It will allow payment
to be made from a checking or savings account or by MasterCard or Discover
credit card in real time. This means that your payment will post immediately to
the student account. (A Service charge of 2.75% of the amount charged
will be added to all credit card payments.)
Fees may be paid online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (with the exception of
maintenance on Sunday until noon). Payments submitted after
midnight or on weekends will be posted to the student account with an effective
date of the next business day.
Check with your banking institution prior to submitting an online payment to
make sure that your account allows ACH withdrawals and you have sufficient
funds.
eBill Student Options
Students can grant access to eBill for parents and others as
authorized payers. You can request access for more than one payer and
even choose the level of access that a payer will have. The two levels of
access are: make an online payment without access to view billing information,
or make an online payment with access to view billing information.
Each payer that you grant access to will be sent an email containing a password to login to eBill. The password is assigned via student and campus so if you attend more than one University of Missouri campus, then you must request authorized payer access for each campus you attend. The authorized payer will then have a separate password for each campus that the student attends along with your separate student ID number for each campus.
eBill Login Information
Students can login to eBill with your Joe'SS ID and password.
Authorized payers can login to eBill with the log-in ID and password. The initial login for authorized payers requires the log in name that was emailed to you and the password that the student had created during the set up of the authorized payer. The authorized payer will then change their password to their preference. If the password is forgotten, only the student can re-issue the authorization.
Once logged into eBill, students and authorized payers can:
